From baggage, exit the airport, the Alamo rental facility is located in Sabalo 410 Zona Dorada, next to Banorte Bank , between Calle De Las Garza and T. Loaiza., off the airport. Upon arrival to the facility, please proceed to the Alamo counter to obtain your rental agreement and vehicle keys.

Unrestricted driving within Mexico. Rentals originating from Tijuana, Mexicali, Hermosillo, Monterrey and Saltillo are permitted to cross U.S. border. Mexico insurance is required to drive into Mexico, and can be purchased at this location. Customer must purchase an extension of liability protection to cross the border into the U.S. at US$ 10.00 per day -this amount provides TPL up to US$ 100,000.00 , PAI for the passengers up to US$ 2,000.00 per person and up to US$ 10,000.00 per accident. Vehicles are not permitted to cross the Southern Mexico border.
