This location is right on the Las Vegas Strip. The counter is located in the lobby at the end of the check-in counter.

Drop-off Instructions

The counter is located in the lobby at the end of the check-in counter. You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle until Hertz has inspected and accepted it on the next day that the return location is opened for business. Please park the vehicle in the Hertz stalls on level 6 of the self parking and place the keys and the rental agreement completed with the mileage, fuel level and date/time of return in the key box located on the wall to the left of the Hertz desk.

It took me a while to find it, but it was actually right at the hotel front desk. I rented a Chrysler 200 but was given a Kia KX5 instead. Since it was an SUV, I accepted it. I bought extra third-party liability coverage on QEEQ, but the rental staff insisted there was no such coverage. I ended up paying an extra $20, only to find out later that the coverage was for interior passengers and property damage. I don't think it was a language issue.

The actual car was different from the one booked, which was clearly bad. Insurance was aggressively pushed.
