Pick-up Instructions

Please fill in the train number when you make the booking or inform local branch about your train information at least two days before your arrival. Please get your license and credit card prepared in advance. Branch staff will wait for you at the exit of train station with a board (Tips: Please don't be late for more than 1 hour without any notice. Otherwise, your reservation will be canceled.) If you cannot provide your train information, please call branch staff immediately once you arrive at the train station.Extra 35 euros will be charged for out-of-hours pick-up.

Drop-off Instructions

Please return vehicle to designated train station based on the instruction picture. A branch representative will assist you there. Out-of-hours drop-off is bookable on request, please confirm with branch staff about your return location and time when you pick up the car. Extra 35 euros will be charged for this service.
