Upon arrival by train, please turn right inside the train station and then follow the car rental signs to the Enterprise, National, Alamo desk.

Drop-off Instructions

Please return the vehicle to the multi-level parking lot at the station. Kindly proceed to the top floor and park in the spots marked with the rental company's logo. After parking, please visit the office located next to the open car park on the ground floor. If the office is closed, you may drop the car key in the Key Return Box beside the office. After waiting for 1.5 hours to pick up the car, we were informed that there were no cars available and were told to take a taxi to the airport to get a car. They promised to reimburse the taxi fare within 2-3 days either to our card or in cash. However, by Thursday, we still hadn't received the reimbursement and they didn't respond to our emails. When we went to the location to ask, they said they needed to consult their superior.

This was my first international car rental experience and overall, I am very satisfied! However, there was one minor inconvenience: When the staff handed over the car, it was quite 'quick'. They gave me the keys and left immediately. When I noticed the car only had half a tank of fuel, I had to go back down to the office (the rental cars were parked on the third floor rooftop, while the office was on the ground floor).
