Pick-up Instructions

Shuttle service to and from the Port is available from 8am to 3pm, 7 days a week and is ONLY available from the Miami Cruise Ship location. When arriving at the port, proceed to the designated pick up area and look for the Dollar shuttle which comes approximately every 45 minutes. Shuttle distance to the location is about 8 miles.

Drop-off Instructions

Vehicles may NOT be returned to the Port of Miami. Please consult the location staff in terms of how to return the car.

Driver's License Requirements

The main driver and any additional drivers must provide a full physical driving licence with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 1-2 year(s).
