Pick-up Instructions

Airline Passengers: Customers arriving at Paine Field must take a shuttle bus to the Budget office which is located about 2 miles away. From the baggage claim area, proceed toward the ground transportation center and exit that building to look for the Budget shuttle bus. Call the location direct if the shuttle has not arrived within 15 minutes. The shuttle bus will take you to the car rental location to complete the rental contract & get your vehicle. Local Renters: Rent at Budget location PA1.

Drop-off Instructions

Same as pick-up. Return the car to the Budget office and the shuttle bus will take airline passengers to the airport. No parking is available at the airport for Budget vehicles.
