The staff's attitude was quite rigid. The car rental company is actually located in the same building as other companies. Due to a delayed flight, I arrived just as they were about to close. I called to ask if I could still pick up the car, and they said yes, but didn't mention any extra charges if I arrived after closing time, nor did they suggest that it might be better to come the next day during regular hours. I finally found the rental counter, but it was two minutes past closing and they charged me an extra 36 euros.

The staff misled me and charged for a vehicle upgrade, which used to be free. I was charged over 200 euros extra. There was also a prepaid fuel option, which was quite expensive. Fortunately, I filled up the tank before returning the car and got the fuel charge canceled. Be cautious and avoid these traps.
