This is the second time I've rented from this store. The first time I rented at Dusseldorf Airport and returned the car at this store in Aachen. It cost 2200 RMB for three days. Originally, I wanted to extend the rental by two days, but a female staff member informed me that it would cost 250 euros for two days, which was 140% more expensive per day than the one-way rental. So, I rented another car instead. The first time I rented a diesel car, the staff at Dusseldorf clearly informed me to use diesel fuel. The second time, the female staff at this store did not mention that the car required petrol. As a result, I added diesel fuel and the engine couldn't start. I called the company for a tow truck at around 10 AM, but it still hadn't arrived by 2 PM, so I took a taxi to the company. The front desk female staff told me to wait at the location, saying they were not responsible for such issues. The tow truck arrived only after 4 PM, and it was raining heavily that day. We waited for five hours in total. For the next two days, even though the car was towed, the rental fee was still charged, and we had to pay additional repair fees for using the wrong fuel. The insurance only covered 500 RMB. The attitude of the front desk staff was really poor, and it seemed like they discriminated against Chinese people. As soon as we walked in, I felt unwelcome. They didn't inspect the car either.

I rented from Hertz. The staff had a bad attitude during pick-up, and the first car they gave me had a broken multimedia system, so they replaced it. There was a border crossing fee of several dozen euros from Germany to Belgium.
