Pick-up Instructions

Please go directly to the keybox to pick up your key. The keybox is located in the Stephangarage, next to our SIXT branch in Lautenschlagerstr. 17. The entrance is on the left side of the branch, a large sign with SIXT level C will show you the way.

Drop-off Instructions

The Stephangarage underground parking garage is located on Kronenstraße (house number 7). The entrance is on the right side of the street, a large sign saying SIXT Ebene C shows the way. For entering the garage you need to call following number +49 71184986635. The roller shutter will open automatically. Our parking spaces are located on the third basement level (C), simply follow our signs and park your vehicle on one of our designated parking spaces. You can either hand in the vehicle key at the counter at the SIXT branch during our opening hours or drop it in the key box in the underground parking garage. This will scan your key and automatically end your rental. Please note: as we are the only renters at the moment in the garage you can always exit the garage via the staircases but to enter the garage again after leaving it is only possible with a SIXT agent. So from 10:00 pm - 06:00 am it is not possible for you to reenter the garage if you lost some belongings.

18 - 80 years old

Young Driver Fee applies at 18 - 23 years old with charge of EUR 10 - 11 per day approximately.

Driver's License Requirements

The main driver and any additional drivers must provide a full physical driving licence with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 1-2 year(s).

Damage to the vehicle during the crossing will be covered according to the protection booked in the rental contract. in case of offense against cross-border and territorial restrictions, all liability restrictions lose their validity. only the protection of the liability insurance remains. charges when traveling abroad for permitted journeys abroad in accordance with the above-mentioned entry restrictions, sixt will charge the contractually agreed travel abroad fee as part of the booking process (se1ectable under \"extras\"). this fee applies independent of the return location and, in the case of a one-way rental, in addition to the one-way fee. for unauthorized use abroad, a contractual penalty of 150.00 euros will be payable.
