Pick-up Instructions

If there are no Hertz employees at the Hertz counter at time of pick-up, please use Self Service Kiosk. Identify yourself with the credit card used when placing the reservation, and your driver license matching the size of a plastic credit card and your passport/national identity card if your driver license is issued outside Sweden. The credit card must be equipped with a chip and a 4-digit pincode and must belong to the renter/main driver. The driver license must be in Roman script only. No other form of identification is valid. You will also need your reservation number at time of pick-up. At the time of rental a deposit is obtained on your credit card, there must be sufficient credit on your card to cover all charges. The Self-Service Kiosk is located in the parking garage, Continentalgaraget, on floor K3. To enter the garage, please use the code you will receive by email or text.
Pick-up your rentalcar at the Hertz office in the street level when the office is staffed, mon-fri 08-17, sat 08-13. All other hours please use The Self Service Kiosk that´s located in the Continental garage, floor K3, follow the Hertz signs. To enter the garage please enter the pincode 416173.

Drop-off Instructions

Return of cargo vans C4, D4 and E4 at this location is on request only. For further information, please contact your Reservation Centre.
