Pick-up Instructions

Return : the vehicle is to be returned Niv Min 1 Parking Mediterranee, 26 rue de chalon During the Olympic Games, traffic conditions around the station will be disrupted. From July 18 to 23, as well as July 25 and 26, access to the Méditerranée car park will only be possible via rue de Lyon then boulevard Diderot. Access via the Quai de Bercy will be impossible. On July 24 and 27, the Care de Lyon office will be closed (in the red zone) and access to the Méditerranée car park will be impossible. We invite you to contact the Avis-Budget office in Paris Care du Nord, Paris Care Montparnasse or Paris La Madeleine for your reservation or to return your vehicle (at no additional cost).

Great car. We rented a full size BMW but they didn’t have one available at pick up. Gave us a brand new Volvo D60 which was great. It had many features including predictive cruise control. Great car. Great navigation system

The car was average, one of the doors had a problem and was hard to close. Not long after driving, a maintenance light came on, and later another light came on as well. We drove it for 5000 kilometers and by the time we returned it, it needed maintenance. We bought full insurance from QEEQ instead of the rental company's insurance.

Despite repeatedly confirming at pickup that I had already purchased insurance and did not need any additional coverage, I was still charged 100 euros for so-called insurance when I returned the car. After multiple phone calls, I still haven't received a satisfactory answer. The refund process is still under verification, and I haven't received the refund yet!
