The rental company staff's English communication and service attitude were average. After all the formalities were completed, I was expecting a handshake and a thank you, but the staff just turned and left without even looking back. The vehicle's condition was generally satisfactory. There was some damage when I returned the car. I had purchased separate insurance, and I need to wait for the rental company's repair and contact (they pre-charged me $300 for the repair). A week has passed since I returned the car, and I haven't been contacted about the repair status or cost yet. When I inquired domestically, the website staff clearly informed me that the rental company would take me to get a temporary driving license for an additional $50 service fee. However, they ultimately charged me $70 when handing over the car.
