Europcar has charged 350 Swiss Franc for a scratch on the front bumper, i dont know for what i have paid for the Insurance.

The day I picked up the car was a Sunday, and the rental store only opened at 2 PM. I arrived at 12:30 PM and had to wait over an hour for them to open, which was really a waste of time. When renting a car, I suggest avoiding picking up on weekends, especially in less popular cities.
