Excellent, no flaws. The car had 40,000 kilometers on it, and we drove 3,600 kilometers in 2 weeks, spending 480 on fuel, which was very economical. There were no issues with the vehicle. Malaysians drive by the rules, and the parking lots are spacious and easy to park in. I am used to driving right-hand drive cars, so there were no problems.

The vehicle description on the booking page was vague and did not meet our needs for a 7-seater with luggage space. The car had over 230,000 kilometers on it. When we communicated about returning the car early, they suddenly increased the price at midnight and demanded an unclear service fee. Most importantly, while other rental companies take a pre-authorization hold as a deposit, they directly charge an amount. If you don't notice and ask for it back, the money is gone.

First, this company doesn't have a physical store. The car pickup and drop-off are done at a gas station near the airport, which feels extremely unsafe. Second, the car was in terrible condition and couldn't be exchanged. It had already driven 200,000 kilometers. The brake pads were squeaking, and there were mold spots in the seat crevices. This is the dirtiest and worst car I've ever rented in my life. Finally, the staff had no concept of time. We waited for half an hour for the car, and the guy showed up very late. For the return, we arranged the return time more than an hour in advance on WhatsApp, but the guy did not adhere to it, leaving our whole family waiting in the car.

Booked a MyVi but gotten an Axia (smaller car). Poor service!
I booked a Perodua MyVi but received a smaller car, Perodua Axia! I was not informed of this before arriving and was told to either take it or leave it! Poor service!
