Overall good service, thinking of using the company again when we head to Maroochydore in December.
The car was great. The lady who served us when we picked up the rental didn’t really explain why we were paying more money. I thought l’d paid everything l needed to. Apparently the extra money was to remove the excess. I wasn’t really given a choice of not doing this. On returning the car the staff member was very helpful and friendly.

Planning to give 1000 dollars because they could take money from my bank account in case of damage.
They forced me to pay 1000 dollars as a bond. And I ve told them it is a change in terms and conditions and they told me pay insurance 150 more or 1000 dollars bond or we can't give you car after I came there.

Great Price and Good choice of Vehicles.
Price was very reasonable and location good as we stayed in Collins Street Melbourne so it was a 500-meter walk or you could catch the tram.

Great car and supportive car hire experience for a woman travelling alone
Really easy to use. Great cars. Fabulous service from staff… they supported me when my car was crashed into while parked in a car park overnight. It needed to be towed so East Coast sent me a brand new car!

The pickup location is not at the airport, you need to call the store. The first time I called, no one answered, but they picked up quickly the second time. Since I opted for insurance, there was no additional fuss. I booked a Mazda CX-5, but got a Mitsubishi Outlander with just over 5000 kilometers, which was pretty good.
