The staff speaks Chinese, but they were very impatient. When picking up the car, the remaining balance to be paid was higher than the price provided by Zuzuche. The staff said it’s always like this when booking via Zuzuche. It took over an hour, and finally, he said it was too troublesome, so they charged the original price. The process was very frustrating and terrible.

Having a car in Banff Park is awesome, you can go anywhere you want.
The staff were enthusiastic. Although the rental company is not at the airport, there is a free shuttle to pick you up. It only takes ten minutes.
