Very good, responses were very prompt! Although the actual vehicle delivered was different from the one ordered, it met our needs so it's fine. There were no unexpected charges, and the deposit was returned in about two weeks. You can check for any fines on the Dubai police website.

Very satisfied. When renting the car, I read many reviews and chose this company because, although it wasn't the cheapest, there were no hidden fees or compulsory charges. The staff member was responsible and explained Dubai's traffic regulations and points to note. This time, I had zero violations while driving. I recommended it to two friends, and they both felt it's good! Renting a car in Dubai is a good choice since taxis are too expensive.

I would Steer clear!
I was not provided with the 'guaranteed car I booked' instead it was a lower spec similar sized car. Had to pay the Hidden cost of airport parking! Have not received my security deposit back yet, which instead of Holding on my credit card, they actually deducted. Now when it has been 3 weeks and I have asked for it back, they are making up excuses that Dubai is in Lockdown. Whereas the newspapers are stating the malls are open, just for a few hours less. Furthermore refund is meant to be an online process Anyways! He even took pictures of my credit card and passport with his personal mobile phone, and showed me that he had done the same for other customers.
