Croatia
Extremely dissatisfied, prepaid €611.1, went to pick up the car but no one was there. Tried contacting the phone number repeatedly with no response. Contacted the rental company as well with no result, ultimately did not get the car.

Self-driving along the Croatian Coast
Waited nearly two hours in the cold for the late store clerk. Even though it was Christmas, the contract stated 9 a.m., so they should have been there at 9 a.m. Neither the car rental company nor the rental platform had any response to this.

Very good service
Like: I was very satisfied with the service I received. The car, an Opel Astra, was more spacious than I expected. We were easily able to fit five people in the car along with the luggage.
Dislike: I was told that we were going to get a station wagon, but instead received a sedan. I had my reservation to return the car at 22:00, but my contract was changed to 21:00. Had I not be able to show my reservation on the phone, it would have been counted as late.
