The staff at the counter was cheerful and helpful. She was patient and we communicated through a language translator app. But her smile covered up for the lack of language community. She could manage some basic English so it wasn’t hard at all. :)

No magic for me.

Generally everything was fine - the rep tried to charge an additional 17000xpf - it took a lot of discussion to get her to accept that we had paid in full in advance.

Luckily the paperwork provided confirmed full payment in advance

The language barrier was a little difficult, but we got there in the end. The agent at the collection desk was going to charge us for the full amount even though we had paid 50% at the time of booking, so please double check before you hand over the credit card. He was fine once we explained but had to show our receipt which luckily we had printed out.

Great service, used them before and will use them again.

Car not ready wasn't washed or cleaned two GPS units they give us were not working

Car was fine and service was excellent.

Excellent value.

Normal tires are worn out and slip easily on mud terrain like New Caledonia.
