WROCLAW AIRPORT CAR RENTAL REVIEWS

This was the worst experience I ever encountered. The rental office appears to have a scheme established to take advantage of individuals. I was given the car in good condition with various scratches and minor damage, upon my return is when I was unfairly treated. I never used the vehicle for the entire weekend and barely drove the car. Upon check-in the individual inspecting the car identifies to small dots no larger than the tip of a pen. Being such a small dot the check-in individual did not mark the condition report nor did I either. During the check-in I am now required to pay damages to the car for these tiny scratch's. Nor have I received any receipt for the return of the car. I am very displease with the service that has been provided.

Avoid using Green Motion at all costs. They are a fraudulent company that invent damage to the car then even if you have proof the damage was pre existing they still take your money he from your credit card. Google and trip advisor are full of reviews off people saying this and I wish I had read the reviews before using these scumbags sevices

They are cheeky. I left car early morning second time without check with them and second time I need to pay for damages. It is better to have insurance but not with them

Green Motion Poland is a car rental that tries to cheat and lure its clients money, I do not recommend this company to anyone

The car was damaged a lot all around which is increasing the risk not notice some of them and when you return it to be charged for damage like i had before with them and got charged for 200 pounds. The other thing is that they charge me 20 euro for washing which for Poland is too much.

We were met very quickly at the airport and were able to pick up our car within only ten minutes. The service was efficient, polite and far exceeded expectations. The staff adapted to our needs with no hassle and we are really grateful for such amazing service at such a good price. Overall this was amazing value.

Car was a Dacia duster which is very uncomfortable for 4hr drive. Seats are awful. Uses large amounts of fuel. Totally uneconomic car for a long drive. Car was full of paint scratches. They where not premarked on the rental contract. Took me extra time to go back and get them on the contract.
