Extremely kind and helpful staff. We were running late for our flight and they used a car to drive us to the airport instead of making us wait for the shuttle bus. Also, my elderly father left his sweater in the shop and they kindly helped us arrange delivery of it to Tokyo.

They upgraded me to a hybrid, which was such a pleasant surprise with fuel prices skyrocketing right now.

Everything went really well except drop-off took a bit longer than expected. They even upgraded me to a brand-new Audi Q3 for free, which was awesome. I’d definitely use them again.

If 100 is a perfect score, I’d give them about an 88. Overall the service was solid, but there’s one thing I have to point out.
I showed up right on time at 12:00 to pick up the car. They did arrange a same-class vehicle for me (another VW SUV), but when we got to the parking lot they told me the car still wasn’t cleaned and asked me to wait… The problem is, this waiting time doesn’t get reflected anywhere – I still had to return the car at the original time stated in my booking.
After I insisted, the staff on site verbally agreed I could return the car 30 minutes later (important detail: only he knew about this. When I returned the car, it was a different staff member who checked it in, and they just charged me for an extra full day).

Everything went super smoothly—the car was really new and in great condition.
