Car was bigger than we requested (Fiat 500 size requested, Seat Ibiza given to us. Much bigger than a Fiat 500). Also the damage to passenger side nit mentioned in report so we had to send pics off to Dollar or else we could have been accused of damage that was already existing

Long wait times to pick up and drop off.

I had some problems with the seller trying to force the insurance and not wanting to accept my credit card as a deposit, but after a lot of effort it was resolved.

Nos sentimos estafados. Al recoger el coche nos dijeron que había que pagar un depósito de 150€. Además, al no estar la tarjeta de crédito a nombre del conductor, tuvimos que pagar otro precio distinto a lo que se nos dijo por internet.

Foi tudo positivo. Até agora.

We wanted a small car for two people to get around, so we booked a small car. The car was ideal. Fairly new and in good condition.

Já respondi "Além de me darem um carro que me pareceu inferior ao da imagem Ford Focus, o Citroën C3 entregue tinha +/- 80.000 km e tinha varias amolgadelas." Acrescento que o funcionário insistiu muito para fazer seguro quando já tinha um feito por vosso intermédio, alegando que vosso da Axa não era tão bom como o deles em termos de cobertura ,!

Klass Wagen would not accept my credit card for car hire without collision coverage as it only had my first name initials- they require full first name on the card however they were happy to take payment to include the cost of the insurance which was several times more than the cost of the rental without insurance. There was also a 20 Euro charge to drop off at the airport location which was different from pick up.

I waited a long time for the car and at the return, they were very cautious about every small scratch, one that I couldn’t see in the photos and they charged 180€ for it!! I was furious at the return.

Qeeq did an excellent job considering the circumstances, I hope the AXA insurance will do the same.

Counter staff lady spoke English well and explained everything but was slightly dead pan. Offered to upsell with full insurance and also to a slightly better car, but not at all pushy. Explained tolls and previous damage to vehicle.

Contacted customer service and received prompt attention. Good communication and tips by email/Whatsapp throughout the booking. For some reason my booking was duplicated on Avis's system. They used the booking with the reference code from the email. I don't think I was double charged.

May be technically it is similar cars but when you booked Volvo xc60 “or similar” and get Citroen in the condition of dying old donkey it might be little bit disappointing.
