The car was very good. pick up time was slow to to queues. the service staff were not friendly when we told them we didnt require any upgrades or extras.
Budget provide additional spouse driver free of charge which is very good.

There are a lot of hidden fees which we were not aware of
On top of paying on the qeeq website we spent another $500 something usd at the location and the tolls after the fact.

O carro, o modelo, Ford Escape, nos atendeu muito bem. O Veículo já era bem rodado, tinha algún riscos, tinha manchas no interior. Estava limpo e preparado para nosso uso.

Did not have enough cars, check in process was long and we had to wait for a car to be returned before we could leave. Only booked it 14months previously, I suppose we could have given them a little more notice.

Waited in a huge queue ( way worse at LAX but still long & slow with only 1 guy at the counter !!!) Pushed extra insurance , telling you that you don’t have enough, so it always costs more ! Car was great , easy drop off

Flight was delayed by 14 hours , Qeeq customer service responded to my email very quickly
Car was fantastic
The shuttle collection from the airport was a little long; the instructions weren’t clear that we needed to call Sonic to arrange collection, but we did get help from other shuttle drivers
After a few days an engine warning light came on and I had to exchange the car which was a bit of hassle. They wanted to give me a much older car but it shuddered and eventually I was given a nice new car.
