Car pick up time was 8.30 am. I arrived at 8.40 am. Did the paperwork in 5 mins but was waiting for the car to get ready for another 20 mins. Their car photos uploaded were at 9.02 am goes to show how important time or customer is to them. Got a ute which had really bad shock absorbers. I got a headache driving this car on day 1, fell sick due to discomfort of getting in and out of this car and the constant pain and a back ache which I can still feel 5 days after returning this car.
Got my next rental car from 03.03.25- 29.03.25 from a rival car rental company. Brand new Kia cerato, good shock absorbers, comfortable and stylish and the deposit is only $100. Goes to show how the rental deposit also can vary so vastly.
The only person I can truly give 5 starts to during this trip was the young lady who washed the car and when asked about which fuel to put and where, she demonstrated this with a beaming smile which can possibly be the only redemption factor to thrifty for this trip.
Service at the counter was fast. It was even faster dropping off.

Very easy to use and love the insurance option and also the reminder texts as a trip comes up. But the text for how to pick up the car was confusing- the pickup was at the Thrifty airport desk and did not require a phone call to have the car delivered.

The staff worked at overtime and my booked a car has gone. She gave me another car but that is double the original price. I can’t hardly afford it and can argue for getting a better day over and she threatened me to stay as I since she is busy and need to go and complete as much as she can. I had a very bad moment at that time while I’m paying double at least to get the same service.
일단 렌터카 들이 QEEQ에 대해서 모른다고하고 예약은 되어있으니 이용할 수 있다고했다. 그리고 계약 사항(선택한 보험)에 대해서 모르고 다른 보험을 강요하녀 40불을 더 지급할 수 밖에 없었다. 여행중 이 것에 대해서 물어볼 사람도 도움을 받을 곳도 없었다
다이아몬드 회원 신청을 취소 후 환불 받고싶다.

Even though the counter staff were extremly friendly and helpful initially when we arrived to pick up the car, I am not sure why we were told to go and get the convertible if they knew there wasn't one available.

I got in touch with QEEQ to try and assist with my problem and to be fair to them, they did absolutely everything they could to help change the car to what we had ordered - and they managed to get a replacement the next day, so very happy with QEEQ's service!
