Very convenient

The counter staff should have been more welcoming.

The reservation was transferred to another company. The staff insisted on adding insurance, but I couldn't contact the rental platform due to a lack of a working phone card right after exiting the airport. The staff was very rude. I suggested purchasing the premium insurance available on the platform, but they insisted I buy their local insurance within five minutes or they wouldn't rent the car to me.

Picked up the car at Fez airport and dropped off at Casablanca airport. Service was thorough without any forced sales, and staff were friendly. They carefully pointed out every small defect on the car. The car return process took less than five minutes, very satisfied.

Car was great and very economical to run. Collection of car was very poor. Waiting time around 20 minutes per transaction, and these were pre-booked. Waited an hour for our car. Car park poorly lit, and hard to find correct person. Was shown to 3 different cars before finally finding ours!

This has been the worst experience among all my international car rentals, bar none. When picking up the car, they aggressively pushed insurance on me despite my insistence that I had already purchased comprehensive coverage. They claimed I would understand why at drop-off. And indeed, during drop-off, they blamed us for a scratch that the previous renter had caused. Luckily, we had taken photos of the car's body, but not the windows. They insisted that a small chip in the window was our fault. We had no incidents at all, but because we hadn't photographed the window, we had to pay. After returning to my home country, I found out they had actually charged my deposit. I was speechless. I asked Zuzuche staff to help clarify the situation with the rental company, and they responded that it would take 28 business days to resolve. What a joke. Never renting from Thrifty again. Future travelers, beware, don't fall into this trap.

The car was good and new i love it just was it small and i needed to pay more extra a day to get better one

Car condition was not up to Thrifty usual standards Bald tyres which was told would be fine. Worrying though!! Car made several weird noises when driving but saw us through the trip. Tried to catch me out on return for a small mark on an already old scratched car

Unfortunately, getting the car took me more than two hours. Since the phone number indicated in the voucher did not answer, and the name of the operating company was entered incorrectly. And the deposit was returned about a month, despite promises to do it within a few days.
