L'accueil de addcar n'etait pas facile a trouver, il etait a la sortie de l'aeroport et n'etait pas indiqué par des panneaux ou des logos, il fallait demander a des personnes PROBLEME NOUS AVONS DU RAJOUTER UN SURPLUS DE 130€ pour avoir la voiture car il n'est pas spécifié d'une manière claire qu'il faut une carte de crédit (et non de débit comme la mienne), car dans l'usage courant pour signifier une carte bancaire on dit une carte de crédit. CECI NOUS A CAUSE DE GROS PROBLEMES, DE L'ARGENT ET UN TEMPS D'ATTENTE SUPPLEMENTAIRE

There was only one person responsible, not just for Hertz but also for several other companies, all at one counter. The waiting time was about an hour. Very dissatisfied.

Car was great and very economical to run. Collection of car was very poor. Waiting time around 20 minutes per transaction, and these were pre-booked. Waited an hour for our car. Car park poorly lit, and hard to find correct person. Was shown to 3 different cars before finally finding ours!

I called a few days before and spoke to an advisor who was absolutely amazing, I could not be more pleased with the level of service she provided me.

The company charges very high security that does not match the value and type of car. I greet the elegant young man Mohammed El-Krouj for his good treatment and his good smile

Very convenient. No hassle. Did not push us ti buy any additional insurance. They actually refined me 40 MAD as I did pay for the car parking when I took the car off them. So everything went really fine.

Given same model as discribed online ..but car condition was poor with Engine light was on . Charged me extra 10 euro without receipt during return as explained its very dirty car . Few sand was in car due to the location. it should not called very dirty car

Didn’t pick us up Airport as per instructions which wasn’t ideal. A number being supplied would be good (I may have missed this)! Also highlighting looking for Wheego may help!
