Very satisfied. Although the Hertz store is not located inside the airport, after landing and retrieving luggage at the airport car rental area, the staff was already waiting there. The reception was friendly, and the vehicle was ready in the parking lot.
Very satisfied! It was very easy to find, located right at the airport exit. When I returned the car, the staff noticed I was in a hurry and even gave me a ride to the departure gate. Very considerate!
It was an amazing car rental experience. The staff at the ASAP store, especially the lady who assisted us, was incredibly nice, warm, and attentive. She made me feel the genuine hospitality of Thai people during my time in Koh Samui. The car pickup process was very fast, and after handing over the car, she even offered to help us load our luggage into the vehicle. However, since our luggage was too heavy, I politely declined and thanked her. On the return day, it was raining, and the same lady kindly drove us to a distant luggage drop-off point. We rented a brand-new car with less than 5000 kilometers on it, which made us very happy. The car was well-equipped, very clean, and in excellent condition.
