Like: Super-offer, friendly staff, good car
Dislike: Too much time spent for picking up

The only issue was the staff in the parking lot not understanding how the vehicle operated

The pick-up process was more than 2 hour long: about 45 min waiting for shuttle bus, and 70-80 min waiting time at the car rental site. At the shuttle bus station there were about 40-50 people waiting and there was only about 10 sitting place the other 30-40 people standed on the sun. There wasn't any comment, info there if you can also walk to the car rental site as it was onl around 800 m distance. On the car rental site there wasn't any sitting place so we had to stand for more than 1 hour... The rental was only long time, the agent couldn't tell the exact amount of the deposit and she missed the my card expiration date and she asked me to call the bank because he didn't know why the bank didn't accept my card. The car was ok, the drop-off was ok.

All was pretty good with the rental company however at pickup they charged me much more for deposit then what it says in the terms & conditions. This is unfair to a customer. Also the reservations documents should clarify that Thrifty and hertz are the same company as customers don't know this and get confused when trying to locate them in a different country.

Very easy to use. Friendly check-in experience in foreign country. Process took about 10-15 minutes. No issues.

Can't charge someone an extra when there is no documentation about it at the time of rental! Not in my contract and no mention of it before. Still waiting for a refund!!

We had a short wait at the airport and were offered an upgrade but the Fiat Punto was perfect for our planned travels through the Swiss alps.

Unfortunately an important document was left in the car and the cleaners disregarded it and thrashed it. Could have been a bit more helpful.
