Really good. I got a bigger car than expected- Fiat Tipo estate. Easy to find the counter for Alamo - a little bit of a walk to the rentals lot (same for all agencies at Bari except for Sixt which is a tiny bit closer than the rest). Everything was smooth and easy. Drop off was hassle free.

I’ve been very happy with QEEQ and prefer to book my cars this way now. I’d tried to book with Sixt (via QEEQ) and for whatever reason they canceled my reservation. QEEQ called quickly and sorted it out. Quite happy with the customer service.

The car was new.It was absolutely clean and perfect for 6 passengers and luggage. The staff at the airport and pick up and drop off were efficient and quick.

The QEEQ site is excellent.It was very easy to book my car.

We had to wait over 2hours in a queue to the car. Was a horrible experience.

The staff was very enthusiastic, and the lady who inspected the car was very cute and beautiful.

Decent value and the car was in good condition. Customer service was better than expected as the reviews were generally less than complimentary. The only minor issue was the distance of the pick up point from the arrivals terminal. It is a long walk in the heat with baggage.

we reached early to pick up the car at 17:36. My booking was made to be picked up at 18:30. The customer service officer did not inform us that we would have to wait till 18:30, he gave us the car early, and only after the trip, I am billed an extra day of rental of 100 euros, when my per day of rental was 57 euros approximately.

I felt misled because the rental fee was automatically charged to my credit card (attachment TA_PdfFileTitle_20240929_124323) , yet upon arrival, the staff member insisted that I pay an additional fee of €211 (attachment Potwierdzenie transakcji 20240929_124357). While I appreciate the service and assistance provided during my rental, I cannot recommend your company due to this unexpected charge, which has left me feeling cheated. Very nice

Smaller car than anticipated. The location of the car was a LONG way away from the office at Bari airport and difficult to find upon return in the dark and heavy rain.

I had a terrible experience. They gave me already damaged car and I got tyre breakdown on the highway. The mirror was already damaged and after the tyre damage during the drive, the mirror has completely gone. They even ask me to drive in that way without mirror. I had to go back to Catania by bus in order to get the replacement car. They charged me 900€ deposit and 640€ for the damages. They haven’t even returned back the deposit yet. What’s more the location of the pickup and drop off cannot be found easily. During the drop off two staff of Sicily Car Rental have helped me. I had a very very very bad experience and I’ve lost a lot of money because of their fault. I want my money back and I’ll never ever choose this bad company at all.

The counter staff was efficient but didn’t provide any information about the car return process. The car itself was great. Fuel efficient and just the right size for the narrow roads.

Didn't have to wait in a long line, easy for beginners to use, and booking was quick.
