I booked a Lynk & Co 01, but was given a Jeep Compass at the rental shop. The staff informed me there were scratches on the rear bumper and a missing left rear taillight. However, the car also had noticeable scratches on the front bumper and front tires, which they failed to disclose. When returning the vehicle, they tried to charge me for damages, showing absolutely no integrity! At pickup, the car's dashboard showed an engine warning light, but the staff assured me it was fine—how can a car in such a condition be offered to customers? Upon returning the vehicle, the drop-off location did not ask me to sign any documents to confirm the return. Later, they unjustifiably charged my credit card for alleged tire damage compensation. This company is highly unprofessional and dishonest! Avoid this rental company at all costs.
The car was fine however we needed to wait for over 2 hours to pick up the car - this is shocking amount of time wasted especially with the 8 months old baby. The waiting time was probably the worse thing about the whole experience. Everything else was very good.

Straight forward and easy to understand process. What's app reminders are a nice touch.
Long waiting time in line. Received photos of car damage, but there was actually no scratching incident. Additionally, the money was directly charged from the credit card.
Not great. It might be because I purchased full insurance? The car they gave me had dents and scratches, which were not noted in the contract when I took it. Maybe the company planned to claim insurance fraud when I returned it. I could have let that go, but the car was also dirty and hadn't been inspected at all. Then on the return day, the car showed 'Add ADBlue.' Seriously? This diesel car required me to add AdBlue solution, but the car was parked in a city center parking lot without any AdBlue available, so I couldn't drive it out. I had to call for assistance multiple times, including calls to their office, before finally getting through. After waiting an entire morning, someone finally came. Following discussions, I couldn't waste more time waiting because I needed to get to Rome. Eventually, they let me leave the keys and go. Sigh... This made me miss my early morning flight, wasting over 2000 RMB on a non-refundable ticket, and I had to spend another 1000+ RMB on a six-hour connecting train ride to Rome. I could have arrived in Rome at noon, but instead, I got there after 7 PM. Unbelievable. Staff with such attitudes should lose their jobs. They don't even check the car's condition before giving it to customers. I will never use this rental service again.
The staff confirmed there was no damage when I returned the car, but the next day, a charge for damages was taken from my credit card without any prior notification.
