Goldcar always try to sell extra option and sometimes you can't refuse of them. last time it was service of fuel refill and i couldn't rent car without this service. This time it was the pick-up location. Although as said in booking terms pick-up location is in the airport but you need to pay 20 euro for that. otherwise you have to go to other parking about an hour by yourself. And they charged me for the last rent which was 1,5 years ago for empty fuel tank returning, although i always return the car, refilling full. They didn't show any evidence, fotos.

Absolute shambles. Waited over 3.5 hrs to get the car. Long line, not moving, no cars, not much staff. After getting to the counter, had to wait another 30mins for my car as it wasn't there ? Resulted in me missing a paid activity which I.belieb I should be compensated for at the very least

I contacted Qeeq to discuss how long I had to wait and enquire about compensation. They said they are looking into this and will get back to me. So far they have been very responsive but are awaiting to hear back from goldcar
El coche tenía muchos golpes de chapa y arañazos pero estaban todos apuntados en la hoja de entrega del vehículo. Tenía el aviso de "cambio de aceite motor necesario" en la pantalla y el personal de Goldcar me dijo que no pasaba nada; esto no me gustó, no me da seguridad sobre el mantenimiento que ha llevado el vehículo. Con 88.882 km el coche estaba bastante machacado, la dirección se notaba con alguna holgura... Además la reserva era para un Q2 o categoría similar y me ofrecieron un Ford Puma (el que cogí) o un Fiat.... Son del mismo tamaño pero no es la categoría de Audi.

The whole personal (pick-up, car return and customer service) was extremely extremely rude. They have offered me a bad car, with lots of km that was supposed to have the last rental with me (it was written on it "no fuel")
I have received an invoice with 50 eur penalty + 13 eur for petrol charge even if I have returned the car with 2/8 as mentioned on the booking.
A Fiat 500 was available at the moment of booking but they didn't wanted to offer it even if I have asked and booked it. They have offered me this very used Renault Clio and have threatened me that if I don't accept it, they'll mark me as no show. Whole process took around 1 hour.
Me Antonio (man with a beard within 4th floor was not speaking very well English and when I have tried to speak Italian mentioning I don't speak it very well, he was aggressively correcting my spelling but he couldn't speak English even if working for an International car company).
Francesca and Fernanda from 2nd floor didn't wanted to help either.
This is the worst rental experience I have ever had, I rent around 10-15 cars per year, this was the first time with Goldcar but probably the past one.
I don't know how to cancel the invoice for mussfuel considering that I have pictures that prove I was wrongly charged.

Quick pick up procedure. Appreciate the photo instruction re notification of any scratches on pick up as always concerned I might miss something before I drive the car away.
the care was not in perfect condition. I also requested to pick the car one hour before the booking time and it was absolutely impossible (they asked me to pay an extra 150 euros for anticipating the time)...
Le personnel a été insistant sur le rajout d'une assurance complémentaire malgré le fait de lui avoir dit que nous avions lu correctement ce qui était pris en charge par Easyrentcars
We ordered FIAT 500L and finally we take Peugeot 308 - but car was almost new (11.000 km) and there was enough space for 4 people with luggage. During pick-up was a queue and it takes more than 30 minutes to get the car. Returning the car was faster -about 20 minutes, inspection was fast too.
1. non avendo macchine a benzina del gruppo che avevo richiesto, mi hanno addebitato 9,90 per la tassa sul diesel!!! (non era un problema mio) (e non la fa pagare nessuno per quelle categorie d'auto...)
2. al mio rientro mi hanno "consigliato", dicendomi che rischiavo di aver addebitata la pulizia dell'auto, che passassi da un lavaggio ad "aspirare" quelle 4 pietrine che c erano dentro. Risultato: 15 minuti tra cercare il benzinaio, cambiare i gettoni, aspirare e ritornare. tutto questo potevano farlo loro in 2 minuti esatti visto che è stato il tempo effettivo necessario per aspirare "quella gran quantità di terra che c'era..."
