The car was a 9 seater and was brilliant for our trip, it was clean on arrival. The only thing is the car park is very tight, apart from that all was smooth.
The car was most suitable for our use. It was small which suited navigating the narrow roads and very narrow streets we passed through around Lake Garda. Although small the vehicle was impressively spacious. Fuel wise it was economical. Staff were friendly and helpful.
I would use Viaggiare Rent again.
I booked a Peugeot 208 or similar and received a Skoda Fabia
+ A very short walk and easy access to rental station at Verona Airport.
+ At the counter service was smooth.
+ Third party insurance was accepted without further questions.
+ The final invoice was received very quickly
- The staff did not present or check the car during pick-up or drop-off.
- The fuel policy was full-to-full but tank was 7/8 at pick-up.
- The car made vibration when driving over 80kph

When I collected the car they had upgraded the make and model to a larger vehicle, which I suppose many people would be pleased about but I specifically wanted a small car as that’s what I’m used to driving. They didn’t tell me where to drop the car off to at the second airport, and there was no answer on the phone number provided which I phoned multiple times trying to find out the drop off location. As a result, I dropped the car off to the incorrect location and was landed with ~£60 in additional charges for them to move the car from one car park to another as I didn’t have time to do this myself due to my imminent flight. They charged me €38 for additional fuel despite my having photographic evidence that the tank was more full when I dropped the vehicle off than when I collected, and they have not responded to my emails about this.
My car got scratched by a local in the parking lot, and the driver fled. Even though I only had basic insurance and it was below the deductible, they charged me €376 for minor scratches. I'm not satisfied with the handling of this.
The shuttle bus pick-up point was a little difficult to find (carpark P4 at Verona airport). We were given a bigger and newer car as the model that we initially booked was unavailable. Vehicle was clean and in great condition, and the staff was diligent in noting small scratches by the previous users. Good customer service and they were not pushy about add-ons and insurance. Would rent from Noleggiare again.

Good booking experience from Qeeq. Price drop protector saved us quite a bit of money and we were very satisfied.
Overall service was acceptable, but they inexplicably deducted money. The rental company didn't have my email address because the booking platform didn't provide it, so I didn't receive any emails from them. I've asked the booking platform why they deducted the money, but they haven't responded yet.
The day before, I stopped by to confirm the details. Seeing that there were three of us with a lot of luggage, they upgraded us to a Peugeot 3008 when we picked up the car the next day. They carefully walked us through an inspection of the car, proactively pointed out two small scratches, and suggested we take a video. They patiently taught us how to connect the phone to the navigation system. Since I purchased full insurance through the app, there was no upselling at the store. Returning the car in Rome was convenient; the drop-off was on the third floor of a building at the airport. They mentioned that the deposit would be refunded within a week if there were no issues, and it was refunded as promised. Overall, the service was excellent. Note that for the deposit, the driver's chip credit card (VISA or MASTER) is mandatory; magnetic stripe cards are not accepted.
