Arrived late at night, very few people, quick pickup. Service attitude was good. There was no reminder about which type of gasoline to use. Later, I asked at another branch to clarify.
After using the car, there were a few scratches on the rear bottom, and I was charged $170 for damages, which is double the rental fee. I feel scammed by the company; they use these tactics to make money. Unbelievable!

It's MEX car rental company. Very poor service. There was no one at the airport counter and no signs to contact or inform us. Had to ask several people and walked to the rental point ourselves. Got a car with a broken tail light, we complained about the safety and asked for a replacement. The staff said the broken tail light was no problem and it was the only car available. They offered an upgrade for an extra charge. We declined, Zuzuche intervened but to no avail. Finally, got another car, but the rear tire was flat, had to drive off to inflate it. Then they brought us another car of the same model. Took an hour to get the car and we were the only customers at the office. Rented many times with Zuzuche, this was the worst experience ever!!!
Terrible service. There were no staff at the airport rental counter or bus station. The car we booked was not available, and they didn't offer an upgrade, we had to settle for a downgraded vehicle. When our booked car finally arrived, we had to drive back to exchange it ourselves, which was a huge waste of time. The staff were extremely rude. Additionally, each car had a different amount of fuel in the tank, which was really hard to manage. A very disappointing experience.
“Experience! My first disappointing encounter with a QEEQ partner in years”

Absolutely terrible service. The order placed in China was completely invalid locally. Upon arrival at Mexico City Airport, I was charged an additional $1200 for insurance, one-way rental, and other miscellaneous fees, which I had already paid through Zuzuche in China. I hope friends who see my comment avoid renting from this company in Mexico.
There were a lot of people, and the process was very slow. We landed at 3 PM and waited 40 minutes for the shuttle to take us from T4 to T2. During this time, other companies' shuttles came 4 or 5 times. When we arrived at the rental point, there were 7 or 8 people in line in front of us. It took me a whole hour to get through the process, and then I had to wait another half hour outside to get the car. Because of this, we didn't reach our destination until 8 PM, missing the evening activities.
