Got a car with a broken tail light, we complained about the safety and asked for a replacement. The staff said the broken tail light was no problem and it was the only car available. They offered an upgrade for an extra charge. We declined, Zuzuche intervened but to no avail. Finally, got another car, but the rear tire was flat, had to drive off to inflate it. Then they brought us another car of the same model. Took an hour to get the car and we were the only customers at the office. Rented many times with Zuzuche, this was the worst experience ever!!!
