飛行機の遅れにより、ピックアップが1時間遅れたが、日本語でLINEにて連絡したところ、現地に速やかに連絡してもらえて助かった。パスポートの翻訳も、国際免許代を節約することができ、ありがたかった。

The car not the model ordered and disappointed that the vehicle only has a 330km charge. also disappointed that I was charged road charges and addition cost to recharge the car on return. How one is supposed to re charge prior to drop surprises me.

Service at the counter was fast. It was even faster dropping off.

Very easy to use and love the insurance option and also the reminder texts as a trip comes up. But the text for how to pick up the car was confusing- the pickup was at the Thrifty airport desk and did not require a phone call to have the car delivered.

I booked a Toyota Prado, but the first car I received was a Ford Everest without the equipped snow chains. I initially wanted to add this service, but the counter staff said it was included, which means the car should have had them. When I realized they were not there, I called, but no one answered within half an hour, and it still wasn't 9 PM, their closing time. The next day, coming down from the snowy mountain, I noticed a strange brake noise, a fault on the dashboard, and the steering wheel pulling to one side. After contacting the store, they asked me to return for an inspection and replaced it with a Mitsubishi Pajero on the spot. Since the store was in the opposite direction of my accommodation, it took an extra hour and a half round trip, plus I waited half an hour for the inspection and car swap at the store. I hope you can compensate for the inconvenience to my trip, the potential safety risks, and the wasted two hours.

Very satisfied. The staff at the rental office were very friendly when we picked up the car. Although our English was not good, they patiently explained all the necessary details. After completing the procedures, a staff member even led us to the car.

Very disappointed that Tesla not available! The excuse Hertz gave is arbitrarily wrong. Should take Tesla off the orders if they have sold them all. Highly recommend the polestar, if a Tesla is not available. Prefer a Tesla
