We did not receive the correct vehicle that we booked and were forced to use a Mazda CX-5, which did not have enough space for the four of us with the baby car seat installed. Additionally, we were charged extra for the baby car seat, even though I had already paid for it through QEEQ. We were also pressured into purchasing insurance, as they threatened to charge a $200 withdrawal fee if we declined. As someone who works for the ACCC, I found it concerning to be treated this way by an Australian company, and I felt harassed. I have already lodged a complaint against this company for their unethical sales practices. The staff were unhelpful throughout the experience. It may be worth considering if partnering with ACE is truly beneficial for your reputation. I will be in touch soon to provide further information for our investigation.

No, Not At All. I booked a VW Polo, thy never had them. They are misleading customers, which is very bad.

Exceeded expectations! they were so great to deal with from when the shuttle picked us up, to signing paperwork and offering the pre-paid fuel. We even upgraded to a Hydbrid car and all was very reasonablly priced

The vehicle exceded my expectation and was in very good condition and very clean. Pick up and drop off processes were very simple and fast. The staffs were also very helpfull.

When I reserved a rental car, I also signed up for full coverage insurance. However, I did not understand when I was told that if there was an accident and damage, I would have to pay 5900 NZD first and claim the damage amount separately from the insurance company. If you signed up for insurance at the same time as reserving a rental car on the reservation site, it would be normal for the rental car company and the insurance company to handle each other's insurance processing so that there is no cost to the customer. Also, I was told that if I signed up for insurance directly with ACE Rental Cars at the pick-up counter, I would not have to pay any costs even if an accident occurs, but I ended up signing up for double insurance.

第3ターミナルの方なので、国際線利用だと店まで時間はかかりますが､旅行計画に合わせて車両を推薦してもらったり、営業時間外まで返却時間を延ばしてもらったり、非常に親切に対応してもらえました。他と比べて安いし､お薦めです。

Zi at Ace in Christchurch could not have been more helpful. He gave us a paper map (yes - they still exist!) and great advice. Oh yes, and the brand new car. Ace is part of Hertz.

Qeeq is a bit different, but now we have got the hang of it, we will be using it again. We especially like the reserve for $1 feature.

Was very busy when we arrived and had to wait a fair while for space on the shuttle. But the drivers were very helpful And counter staff once we got to the office were great. Just stretched out the process waiting for the shuttle.

Easy booking platform. Didn’t gain anything from price drop but that’s ok.

Was raining lightly when we picked the car up, so going over it for damage was a little difficult. Not used to online signing, being 70+ we're old school. Drop off was a breeze and the lady was extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. The shuttle to the airport was great.

In hindsight, i probably should have organised the insurance bit before picking up the car.

Booking process wasn't very good first time as I drop the car off at 3am, it started at 7am so I was thinking the gates must be closed, which in the past has stopped me from hiring from ACE, but now I know about the early drop off I will use ACE again

Ace was good

Very smooth and quick pick-up and the car was also in good condition.

Love the concept of a dollar freeze and clear instructions on pick-up and drop-off.
