I paid extra for a SUV or similar. I got a small 5 door Kia Stoic. This is NOT a SUV, various excuses were made. Take it or leave it but no refund. Paid for was a SUV to seat Five, that would be impossible in the provided vehicle. I returned the car three days early due to there being no parking available at the Hilton Carlton nor any parking available less than a thirty minute walk to the hotel. I went to the Edinburg airport (EDI) at approximately 7.30pm, no one at the rental return area. Closed at 7.00pm. There was no indication as to where to park, I took a wild guess. I photographed the interior and exterior. I went to the airport and asked the agent what should I do, answer, where I parked should be fine and throw the keys in the drop box. Over one week later, NOTHING. No contact, no email saying return was complete, no offer of refund for several days early return, NOTHING!
The counter staff was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. The young man made sure we were satisfied with the car before completing our transaction. He was pleasant and patient.

The car was in excellent condition. We picked it up in less than 10 minutes, and the counter staff was very helpful and clear. We had a bit of a problem to find the car in the parking area, since there were no parking bay numbers, so that could be improved, but otherwise there were no problems.

We found QEEQ to have good selection and prices for the different types of cars on offer. The complete insurance package which could be bought when booking also gave us peace of mind and was very easy to do.
At first, we got a Nissan Qashqai with a problem in the back seatbelt, which prevented it from buckling up safely.
The staff gave us another Nissan Qashqai, but there was a problem with the driver seat that couldn't be adjusted.
The 3rd Nissan Qashqai was good; everything worked properly.
The thing is that every time we needed to remove our luggage, it was hard.
The staff was friendly, but it cost us a 1-hour delay because of all the changes.

Todo bien; no hubo mayor descuento, pero tampoco sorpresas desagradables.
Customer service were accommodating with our delayed pick up due to an unforeseen circumstance. Security deposit refunded 1 day after returning the car.
I think the car condition could have been a little better, especially the sun bathing car. The windshield wiper was in a really bad condition. But overall it was all okay. It would have been better if the counters were open for a long period of time.

Estimados, buenos días.
La verdad no estoy conforme con la experiencia con el arriendo.
Al momento de la recepción del auto revisamos que todo estaba funcionando OK y listo para partir el viaje pero en la mitad de mi estadía quedamos en panne en un parque nacional sin conexión ni ayuda por pérdida de aire en una rueda delantera (izquierda). Luego de llevar el auto de urgencia una vulcanización para solucionar esto, identificamos que un perno de la llanta estaba rodado y adicionalmente la rueda ya contaba con un parche interior el cual fue el causante de nuestra panne.
En resumen, perdimos 2 días de nuestro viaje por una desprolijidad del auto que era imposible de identificar en la recepción (una reparación mal realizada del neumático previamente a nuestro arriendo y un perno rodado que afectó la reparación). Espero una compensación por parte de Europcar por los días perdidos y la mala experiencia.

The car was as expected but the counter staff were not. They tried to push me into extra insurance. Which I didn't need and indicated I could not get the car unless I agreed to the insurance. After I contacted customer service it was resolved. Not what you need after a 12 hour flight and need to make an appointment.
Car was very underpowered for a 5+2
We also unfortunately had a flat tire and there was no tire weld or spare wheel in the car as we were on our way back to the airport, which was very frustrating and could’ve made us miss our flight
