CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON KEDDY BY EUROPCAR AT PENANG AIRPORT, PEN

The car was great and brand new. Euro is a trustworthy brand.

We follow the sign to car rent car park but cannot enter,so we run to the stuff to get the pass to get in. A bit troublesome and dangerous.

The customer service was great and accommodating, the staff was kind enough to loan me his personal TAG card for the toll way!

I ordered a more expensive Myvi but the Europcar offer me a lower rental fee car Bezza. Excuse is Myvi is all rent out. If that's the case, it shoud not appear on website that Myvi is still available. I told the airport staff but they can't do anything. While returning the car, the provided phone was not pick up cause I have to leave the car in traffic ticket risk and goto Europcar counter to call someone for car return check.

Car rental website is easy and smooth. But like I comment on Europcar, different lower rental fee car is provided.
