There was no wait for the car when I picked up and the staff was very nice and friendly for the return.

QEEQ had incorrect drop off information which added about an hour to my return trip!

Sudeep was very professional and friendly. Even with his limited English vocabulary, he was ablet to explain the key points of the rental process properly.

The car rental experience was excellent. The process was simple, the owner was friendly and straightforward, always ready to answer questions and fulfill requests. Highly recommended!

Overall service is okay, except the car is quite old (accident damage not repaired, multiple scratches, visible wheel damage). Other services are good.

The car was in pretty terrible condition. The engine light was on (we were told they recently replaced it and didn't have time to reset the settings). The gas was only a 1/4 full (though they initially told us it was full). The AV system did not work. The location was incredibly difficult to find (it was listed as "in terminal" pickup, but ended up being 20min away at some random place that did not have an office or sign). The only saving grace was that the associates who worked there were easy to communicate with and accommodated picking up the car at the airport (as was originally advertised on QEEQ).

We had guaranteed concrete model, but did received a different car. When asked about it they didn't try to resolve it in any way. When asked when the ordered car could be available they said in a month. Probably to just get rid of us.

There was definitely a language issue. Google translate or being able to speak Mandarin for this company would be most helpful.

Returning the car was relatively convenient, but the reception took some time.

No need to queue, the rental company picks you up directly at the airport

Though the van itself had issues and had to be replace midway through our trip, the customer service at M7 was excellent. When we first picked up our van, Gus offered us umbrellas to use throughout out rental time in case of rain. Then when we had car trouble he took responsibility for it and replace our van with a new one the next morning. Gus was excellent to work with.
