차를 인수 받을때 풀커버 보험을 들었으나 계약서에는 표기되지 않았고 결제 금액 등이 표기 되지 않았다.

The guy at pickup was in a rush... He asked me for a 1k deposit for tickets and tolls, whrn I asked about it he just told me that and I had to ask him to please explain if I'm paying for it... He was a little too unenthusiastic... I didn't like that. Other than that, the service is ok.

I will NEVER use this company again. Very rude at the pick up desk. Told me i had to buy EXTRA insurance..( i had AXA coverage to 30k...was told it had to be 35k or they wouldn't give me the car!!...I've used AXA with Budget, Avis & SixT with no problem) cost me 72pounds ($100) more. Don't think you are saving money with this company...they are SCAM artists!!!...STAY AWAY !!!

Green Motion is in a hotel near Mascot. They bring you the car in front of the door, it's nice!

No price drop for he reservation, I'm confused how it works because sometimes it's cheaper but the price does not change, even as a Diamond client. But overall very easy to book!

The service is quite efficient and quick.

I booked a guaranteed Audi Q3...didn't get the car and was not even mentioned at the pick-up that they're sorry for not giving me the car I booked. Got a Mini Countryman instead which was good but not what I booked. I feel like I overpaid because of this.

I think I was given a car which was not of the advertised class. As we were with 2 kids tired after the long flight we just took what was given. The car itself was alright though.

QEEQ was really good, tracked price drop and rebooked automatically. Definitely will use again.

I would not use them again. The car had 70k on the clock. Both rear lights were out. They didn’t do a walk round of the car and then queried a scratch. Luckily I took my own photos

They charged us $1000 in deposit and 1 month after returning the car and confirming everything was fine HAVE NOT RETURNED IT. DO NOT BOOK WITH GREEN MOTION PUNTA CANA. Need any further reasons? We were picked up from the airport to be shuttled to the rental location, which is necessary because it is about 6 miles away. They will also drive you back to the airport after drop-off, but bear in mind that pretty much all other companies have locations right at the airport. The car we got, a Suzuki Dzire, is probably the worst production car in recent history. You'll need instructions on how to operate the automatic shifter because they managed to make that complicated somehow. Did I mention that we were charged $1000 deposit and have not received it back yet?

Booking experience was great, customer support in trying to get my security deposit back was responsive, but ultimately was not able to help (as of today - will remove this comment if they do). I believe this is mostly GREEN MOTION's fault, but still, I'd have hoped to have more support there.

I was charged £40 extra a day for insurance when i took out cover with QEED, this nearly double the cost of the hire.
