Good company. Only the 12V connection was not working so i couldn't use my GPS Garmin (USB port didn't work with my device and that wasn't the Green Motion fault because it didn't work in other cars as well).

I was expecting a 2 door stick shift and got a 4 door automatic. Quite happy about that. Both the pick-up and drop-off sales reps were very friendly and helpful. The only reason I waited at pick-up was that we were third n line.
This was my worst car rental experience. Greenmotion only had one staff member, operating out of a makeshift office that looked like a shipping container. The online price was cheap, and they had automatic cars available, which is why I chose them. Upon arrival, I was asked if I wanted to add scratch insurance for over 20 euros per day. I declined, knowing this was a common practice among small companies. I was cautious and documented all pre-existing scratches. However, I missed one small scratch, about 0.5 cm, that wasn’t noted initially but was clearly an old mark. I provided photos to customer service. They demanded 181 euros for repair, which I couldn't accept. I argued, but the staff knew I was in a hurry to catch my flight and delayed taking me to the airport, where there were no taxis available. I had to pay reluctantly to catch my flight in time. I reported this incident to the rental company and am waiting for a resolution. I believe this is a common Greenmotion tactic and wouldn't use this company again. Truly a terrible experience.
If timing is right, the whole process is very smooth. However, their working hours are from 8:00 AM and they are closed on Sundays. It might be more troublesome outside these hours.

The number listed on their documentation is incorrect. I had no way of contacting the rental place to arrange the pickup so we had to take a cab. Cost me $65 to get to my car.
I will be contacting easyrentcars on Monday and would expect reimbursement for the out of pocket expense for transportation to the location since it is their mistake the wrong phone number is printed on their contracts. Hopefully they are willing to reimburse me so this doesn’t go into a lengthy credit card charge dispute.
I expected to rent a fuel vehicle and not an electric one as I needed to get out of the city. Nowhere did it specify that. I had to pay more for a fuel car upgrade.

Found it to long to wait to get car as most people were getting overcharged for the hire cars, got charged extra for insurance which I said I already had through another company
Green Motion is an absolute scam in how they run their business. When we dropped the car off they went out of their way to find an issue with the car, and they did.
We were charged an additional 81 euros for a hub-cap scratch. A scratch that I don’t think we did.
We couldn’t argue much with them because we were off site and most likely they would not taken us back to the airport if we created an issue.
Complete crooks!
The car was fine - a Fiat Panda. I'm 6' 2" and I was surprised by how comfortable I was. The check-in and check-out process at the Rome airport was smooth - Viola, who helped us at both ends, was awesome.
