In the office guy asked me for credit card. I had only debit card so they charged me 150€ for "extra insurance" which is obligatory for debit card.
This is rip off and bullshit. Tricky company, absolutely don't recommend.
The rental car company's insurance has no deductible, so I didn't purchase additional coverage. Cizgi Rent a Car in Turkey! It was a great rental experience, and you can add an extra driver for free.

Europcar is very helpful. I changed my drop off location from the initial goreme location to the airport. Also, even at the airport, I dropped the car at the parking lot just outside departure gates and kept the key at the Car pick up area of Europcar in the departure. They were accomodative, friendly and went extra mile in fulfilling a smooth drop off. Very nice guys
They provided me with their real-time contact information, and whenever I had questions, they patiently and thoroughly answered them. The entire process went smoothly, making it a great experience. The pickup and drop-off reminders were very helpful.
Highly recommend! When we went to pick up the car, we went to the wrong location. I couldn't understand what the customer service representative was saying, but then they told me to wait at the airport, and they came to pick me up. The whole process was very friendly.
Terrible experience. The process was slow, and they kept finding ways to charge extra fees. Returning the car was extremely difficult to locate. The additional charges were reported to the rental platform, but they just kept saying they would look into it without issuing a refund.
Overall, we were quite satisfied. We rented the car for 21 days and drove over 5,000 kilometers. They gave us a car with over 50,000 kilometers on it, and halfway through the trip it reminded us that maintenance was needed.
There are many negative comments about carwiz on Google. Mostly it is claimed that they do not refund the deposit. I am currently experiencing a similar situation. They said they will refund the deposit after 15 days, but they do not take into account the messages I sent about this and do not respond.
