I think I was given a car which was not of the advertised class. As we were with 2 kids tired after the long flight we just took what was given. The car itself was alright though.

QEEQ was really good, tracked price drop and rebooked automatically. Definitely will use again.
Everything else was fine, but there was an extra waiting fee... When we provided the flight number and pickup time earlier, this was not mentioned.
