The car had a couple of light bulbs that weren't working. I reported these on drop off

Overall it's okay. The airport staff lacked patience, but the employees handling the car pickup and drop-off were good.

A very satisfying car rental experience abroad. Although you can't choose your preferred model, the car rental company will provide a car from the same group.

The service was okay, but unlike what was mentioned during the booking, no one was holding a sign at the exit (other rental companies usually have someone holding a sign). Fortunately, they sent a WhatsApp message, and my daughter speaks English, so we could connect. However, we had to wait for about half an hour on the roadside. If the timing was tighter, it would have been a better experience (we had already provided flight information).

Really great rental car!

I would not use them again. The car had 70k on the clock. Both rear lights were out. They didn’t do a walk round of the car and then queried a scratch. Luckily I took my own photos

Great experience from start to finish. Friendly staff all over. It was very easy to extend the booking, over the phone. I highly recommend them. Also having a model guaranteed option is great since you avoid the “or similar” trap where you always get an inferior car than expected. Only slight issue was the wait at pick up because there was only one person at the counter and customer before us was taking his time as if he was all alone. Not europcar’s fault

Great booking platform so much better than the rest ( wisecars for example is a nightmare ) and very competitive prices and easy to use. Love the fact that you earn points too.

Take pictures of the car on the pickup (they ask you to do that as well) very important because if something was not documented you can prove the damage already there
