Reservation was for a hybrid, however the car was just an automatic. The vehicle was quite old but everything worked.

Substandard cars ,old damaged high mileage Not fit for purpose what was offered Shocking condition ended up having to pay more myself to get a roadworthy vehicle

Overall it's okay. The airport staff lacked patience, but the employees handling the car pickup and drop-off were good.

They were great, I left the car at the night at the airport with additional cost of 30 euros

A very satisfying car rental experience abroad. Although you can't choose your preferred model, the car rental company will provide a car from the same group.

The service was okay, but unlike what was mentioned during the booking, no one was holding a sign at the exit (other rental companies usually have someone holding a sign). Fortunately, they sent a WhatsApp message, and my daughter speaks English, so we could connect. However, we had to wait for about half an hour on the roadside. If the timing was tighter, it would have been a better experience (we had already provided flight information).

Very satisfied. Picking up and returning the car were both easy, the staff had a good attitude, and there was no hard sell for insurance. The store is open 24 hours, which is very convenient.

Great as a booking platform everything very clear and at a good price

I would not use them again. The car had 70k on the clock. Both rear lights were out. They didn’t do a walk round of the car and then queried a scratch. Luckily I took my own photos

Take pictures of the car on the pickup (they ask you to do that as well) very important because if something was not documented you can prove the damage already there

The shuttle bus location was a little tricky to find at Paphos, but thankfully someone pointed us to the right spot. While the car was a little older, it was absolutely fine for getting around the island. The staff, however, were absolutely incredible. Friendly and pleasant despite our late-night arrival time! They got us out of their quickly so we could get to our accommodation and get to bed after a long travel day.
