Avis were great - the counter staff were totally efficient and we were done in 10 minutes.

QEEQ was easy to navigate and produced a rate that was much better than the alternatives we had researched - in fact it was a very significant saving on the best alternative.

The collection and drop off of the car was simple with the desk staff being friendly and helpful.

I have now used QEEQ on numerous occasions when travelling to USA and have always found the whole process both quick and compared to other sites inexpensive. I would recommend QEEQ to anyone renting a car.

You do not expect a hire car to break down after 2 days with 18 miles on the clock. I felt the staff who gave me the replacement car just wanted me gone. The second car was ok

We were given a Buick Encore which is much smaller than the RAV4 we booked. This meant we had to reconfigure the trunk to fit our luggage in. When we started the car a warning light came on - replace oil now. This happened each subsequent time we restarted the car. After investigation the engine oil was nearly exhausted and we spent $96 to replace it. Also the sound card didn't work. This meant no radio and also no sound when the trafficators were activated. The car clearly hadn't been inspected/serviced before we collected it. The process to communicate with Avis, in order to organise a refund of the $96 spent on replacing the engine oil, was difficult. Following return of the car we have now been promised a refund but have not yet received it. In summary not a happy experience and a poor advert for Avis In our opinion the car should not have been allocated to anyone until a full service had been undertaken. Communication with Avis is also difficult. They have an automated call handling system which takes you around in circles

I've used QEEQ before and it works fine. The $1 reserve function is great and, although not triggered in this occasion, the price drop protector is good

Avis staff very friendly and efficient but there was only two of them at a busy time so pickup took a bit longer than expected.

QeeQ booking process was easy, price was great and there communication was excellent providing tips for both pick up and drop off.

Counter staff was kind and gave us recommendations for where we were staying

It did although we got the lowest price already. However we did get an email telling us that we got the lowest price so they did keep us updated

At the collection for the car there was no upselling and no mention of insurance, which could have saved us a lot of money

JACK at front desk is an authentic thief...he put $500+ of services and extras without my consent...There's an claim filed against him and I'll take it to the court.

I was duped by the assistant who sold me additional breakdown cover without me knowing about it. I did sign the contract, but did not see that she had added this , despite the fact that I made it clear that I did not want / need any extras

The customer service response was quick but not helpful

The first car the back hatch did not work. Then they gave me a Jeep renegade which I could not fit into. The third car a chev. Suv was fine. But it took way to long, and the young girl behind the counter did not care.

Was a good process.

I would have rather receive the car I booked RAV4 and not the Mazda SUV

Everything worked fine

Counter staff lady spoke English well and explained everything but was slightly dead pan. Offered to upsell with full insurance and also to a slightly better car, but not at all pushy. Explained tolls and previous damage to vehicle.

Contacted customer service and received prompt attention. Good communication and tips by email/Whatsapp throughout the booking. For some reason my booking was duplicated on Avis's system. They used the booking with the reference code from the email. I don't think I was double charged.

Car was great exactly what we needed with great fuel economy.

Pricing on internet is not transparent. No indication that price advertised was only a part of the total price. Very deceptive! Will NEVER rent again from Avis!
