Fiquei tensa porque quando fomos retirar o carro, o mesmo não estava na locadora. Tivemos que esperar mais de uma hora, mas correu tudo bem!

Terrible, disrespectful, unprofessional AVIS station at JFK. I will never use it again. People waiting over an hour at 11PM after trans-Atlantic flights, tired, indifferent employees who couldn't care less. Shameful.

The car collection was terrible with very off hand designator who told us our car either this or that and no other choice. car had dents and scratches which he was off hand about Also the car had no oil and a warning light came on and I had to put 4 litres of oil in the engine. Buick Envision car - avoid !!

All went well from this perspective

It was a busy time and I found the counter staff member wasn't very friendly and didn't have time to explain anything to me. He literally said "I don't have time for this, gotta move on", this was in response to me asking for more details on the Toll system in Austin after he was trying to sell a toll pass to me.

Quick pick-up, friendly staff. Very few cars in the lot.

After a few days an engine warning light came on and I had to exchange the car which was a bit of hassle. They wanted to give me a much older car but it shuddered and eventually I was given a nice new car.

Went to put the roof down and kept says roof not secure. But I had drove off before I put it down. After a few attempts I had a look in the back were the hood would go. There was 2 big bottles wedged in the frame. The car felt juddery and on the last day the engine management light came on. The car had lots of dints and scratches. When I pointed it out to staff. She said it's okay you're fully comp. Other than that very happy with the car. Very fast and good on fuel. Waited well over one hour due to the car at another location. The lady was by herself and someone cleaning the cars.
