The desk agent was great and the car was great.

It did take a long time to pick up the car - at least two hours which was hard on top of a long international flight. But the staff were very friendly and helpful.

It worked well.

God and fast service. I have never picked up or returned a car so fast.

In general I was satisfied. I didn't need any customer support, so I cannot rate that. The only cons was the sales man at the counter, who was trying to advertise and sell us extras when we wanted to pick up the care. And at some point we needed to tell him directly to stop and accelerate our process. It would be helpful if they consider the time they take to promote these services and the tiredness of their customers after long flights.

The Car condition was good. But there was no one to personally hand over the car. They just give you the parking number where the car is parked and you have to do all the inspection and check the car yourself. it will be good if a person comes along with you to the car and hands over. The thing I did not like is, though I had done all the Insurance, the guy at the counter over sells with unnecessary things by telling that it is better to take additional safty by paying 45USD to protect against tire punctures and other small mishaps by inducing fear into you. He also tried to sell another scheme where the petrol need not be full when you return the car. Adding all this your hire charges goes up significantly.

The long line for check-in was tiring. 2:00 pm. However, In the evening 7:00pm we walked past the check-in and it was empty. Coming from west coast of N.A. many flights arriving about 2:00 pm

Easy platform to use. Everything was as described in agreement.

Waited in a huge queue ( way worse at LAX but still long & slow with only 1 guy at the counter !!!) Pushed extra insurance , telling you that you don’t have enough, so it always costs more ! Car was great , easy drop off

Most of my experience was good. Especially when I needed to replace the damaged car in Philadelphia.

When I rang to advise Qeeq of the theft there was a language barrier and maybe my Australian accent was difficult to understand. He did his best and did actually help. He even called me back to see if I was ok and advised that we could get a new car with a police report.

The payment looks not very familiar to me. I'm not sure about the charge detail. Is it compared with the one I booked in QEEQ? I need detailed information regarding the payment list.

Please summarize the whole payment info for me. Am I paying for QEEQ or Dollars? It looks like it's more charged fees to me.

受付カウンターで車のランクアップと保険の追加を勧められた。 人数と全ての荷物を見せたが、予約している車は小さ過ぎると言われた。 私は問題ない事を知っていたので、ランクアップしなかった。 不要な追加料金を払わされそうになった。 とても不信感。 地下の車を受け取る所に行くと、男性スタッフ1人で受付と「あなたの車これです。」と説明をしていた。 車を受け取るまでに、30分以上もかかった。 多数の客も私と同じく怒っていた。 スタッフ不足だと思う。 次回はレンタカー会社をdollarにしません。
