J'ai loué cette voiture en ligne. Une fois à l'aéroport plus de voiture disponible. Nous étions plusieurs clients à attendre et à essayer de trouver une solution pour pouvoir partir. Après 2h d'attente nous avons finalement réussi à avoir quelques choses (nous étions en tête de list) mais d'autres personnes ont attendu encore plus longtemps. Une fois à l'accueil ils vous vendent des options qui ne servent à rien (rendre la voiture sans mettre le plein en disant que l'essence est à 6.25$ dehors et que eux en mettent pour 5.25$. L'essence était entre 3.09$ et 5.00 $donc belle arnaque. De plus un voyant s'est allumé au bout du 3eme jour.

Our pickup location in Phoenix was low on vehicles so we had an extended wait time (over 30 minutes) and ended up receiving a free upgrade to a premium model 4-door sedan and a discount voucher for a future rental. Staff was apologetic and very friendly. Our drop-off in Salt Lake City was a breeze -- staff took our key and we were on our way in under a minute. Great experience. We will rent from Dollar again.

The lady at check in wss very freindlyI was offered a car that I had not choosen of a lesser value. The girl behind the counter was a little off when we challenge it. However the gentleman who took us to choose the car was a nice gentleman the car we choosen was not available so took a Volvo but he did allow me to sit in the cars to check the seats.

No issue with booking

They required purchasing additional insurance on-site and pressured me to make a quick decision because their shift was ending soon. They also tried to upsell vehicle upgrades.

New Car Great! Drop off and pickup was very good. Construction around rental car area, made the trip from Airport to Area a little long, but there is nothing you could do about that.

Dislike: A representative said I could upgrade w/o an extra charge but then charged is anyway!

It took time to move from the terminal and the counter was smooth.

Les formalités au comptoir étaient assez rapides mais le temps d'attente pour avoir un véhicule était de plus d'une heure avec une queue continue d'une quinzaine de personnes car il n'y avait pas assez de voitures de disponibles ! elle rentraient au compte-goutte, cherchées ailleurs !!! la galère ! aucune organisation, on a fait n'importe quoi sans se soucier des clients qui attendaient ! Dollar est lamentable par rapport à d'autres loueurs !

Long bus ride to rental car pick up, and due to construction was hard to find the drop off. Car was not clean but was able to choose from a selection of car available. I just so happen to choose a not so clean car.
