“Great experience will use Queed again the communication was excellent”

The lady at check in wss very freindlyI was offered a car that I had not choosen of a lesser value. The girl behind the counter was a little off when we challenge it. However the gentleman who took us to choose the car was a nice gentleman the car we choosen was not available so took a Volvo but he did allow me to sit in the cars to check the seats.
They required purchasing additional insurance on-site and pressured me to make a quick decision because their shift was ending soon. They also tried to upsell vehicle upgrades.
The service from Zuzuche was very good. However, Hertz was quite disappointing. I had already bought insurance when placing the order, and the service staff at Zuzuche also confirmed it when processing the rental. Despite this, they tried to upsell me on fuel, which I declined. My mistake was not carefully reviewing the details when they asked me to sign on the card machine (I thought it was just an additional $250 deposit). When I returned the car, I realized they had added another insurance. I reported this to Zuzuche, who contacted Hertz, but Hertz refused to address the issue citing my signature as consent. Thanks to Zuzuche's customer service for following up. I'm quite disappointed with Hertz; it used to be the largest car rental company. I may avoid choosing it in the future.
Additionally, when picking up the car, we followed the directions given by the lady processing the rental but could not find the model I rented. Eventually, we sought help from staff on-site (who were hard to find as there were hardly any), and after getting some vague directions, we finally found several cars of our model and picked the newest one.
On the ”pick up” instructions it said to “go to the Budget counter,” I waited in a huge line at the Budget counter for over 40 minutes only to be told I need to go to the Avis counter. I don’t mind waiting if it’s busy but if the instructions said go directly to Avis this could’ve been avoided.
The instructions also said “shuttle bus,” when in reality it was a tram/light rail. Yes, minor detail, but when you’ve got a tired wife and two kids breathing down your neck these minor details matter.
Not really complaints at all just things to mention that someone may freak out about.
The car pickup service was okay. When there was no suitable car at the pickup point, they upgraded me. However, later the tire had a leak. I called for roadside assistance and was told they would arrive within 90 minutes. Two sets of 90 minutes passed and they still hadn't arrived. When I called again, they told me they couldn't come and that I had to find a solution myself. Stuck in the middle of nowhere with no other options, I called the police. The police were responsible and helped me replace the tire with a spare. In the end, I found a tire shop myself to fix the tire. Basically, it was like, 'We can't help you, find a solution yourself.'
I had a little bit of difficulty finding the correct AVIS rental desk for picking up the car, but once I got there I didn't have to wait long.
The selection of cars available was good and I ended up getting a larger sized car than my booking, so was happy with that. The process from here was smooth. The car was nice, with all the features I needed.
Dropping off was easy.
About QEEQ:10.0/10
I never used QEEQ before so I was a little hesitant at first.
I found the car I was looking for at a good price, and the choice selection was good.
The whole process was smooth, and email communication was good.
I will definitely use again, and can recommend QEEQ
No waiting, quick to resolve a minor confusion because I had cancelled and rebooked for a later time
About QEEQ:10.0/10
Will definitely use Qeek (had a very disappointing experience with klook). Nice surprise to get a small refund for low price promise but best part was support when I needed to amend booking.
Felt they were trying upsell on insurance, gas. Had to ask for documents on insurance and had never been asked before. Long line up, moved slowly. Needed train and shuttle to get to site, why not just shuttle? As we felt pick up experience was untrustworthy, wanted to make sure drop off inspection done with us, but employee had a bad attitude and seemed resentful to have to do it with us. Still waiting for deposit to be returned.
